REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

  • We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased.
  • Only PostNet2PostNet is used for Special offer delivery only. Collection at your local centre, at a time that is convenient for you, eliminate delivery problems such as unavailability, driver errors or delays.
  • Due to the no returns policy, a confirmation video of the product and order will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
  • Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for collection at Post Net, once tracking number has been received - which would be within 24hrs of order received.
